IEEE P1823 Standards Working Group

Any device whose MAC address begins with AC:54:EC has a network interface built by IEEE P1823 Standards Working Group. This prefix (the OUI, or Organizationally Unique Identifier) is assigned by the IEEE and is the first three octets of the address.
