How we source data
Every default-login and reset field in the router directory is taken from the manufacturer's own published documentation — user manuals, official support articles and setup guides — and each page links to that source. We publish only what a manufacturer documents. Where a model has no shared default (most modern routers set a password at first setup, print a unique one on the device label, or are app-only), we say so rather than repeat an incorrect generic password.
These are public facts about consumer hardware, published so people can regain access to equipment they own. Nothing here is device-specific to any individual's network.
Report an error or request a change
If a value is wrong or out of date, tell us — ideally with the manufacturer source that shows the correct value, and we'll fix it. Manufacturers or rights-holders can request removal here too; include the model and the reason.
