The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).
The FRITZ!Box 6660 Cable is a DOCSIS 3.1 cable gateway with Wi-Fi 6. It has no default admin/admin: the per-unit password is printed on the type label on the base and typed into http://fritz.box (192.168.178.1). Login is password-only.
Factory reset
Restore defaults from System > Backup > Load Factory Settings in the FRITZ!OS interface, or dial #991*15901590* from a connected telephone and hang up after about three seconds.
