For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

Dual-WAN Gigabit business security/VPN router — Ethernet WAN only (no DSL modem); the wired SKU has no Wi-Fi (the RF variant adds Wi-Fi 5). DrayTek ships a genuine static default of admin/admin; recent firmware then prompts you to set a new password, but admin/admin is the factory credential you first enter.
Factory reset
With the router powered on (ACT LED blinking), press and hold the recessed Factory Reset hole for more than 5 seconds; when the ACT LED blinks rapidly, release and let it restart at factory defaults. Then browse to http://192.168.1.1 and log in.
