Default web-interface address is 192.168.1.1 (or my.keenetic.net), default username 'admin', no factory-set password — the Initial Setup Wizard forces creation of one. Keenetic's official support: "To protect against unauthorized access to the settings of your Keenetic, create and set an administrator password."
