Default access and factory-reset steps, cited to the manufacturer.
For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).
Per the official user's guide you sign in with username admin and a randomly-assigned default password printed on the device label — unique per unit, not a shared default — and are prompted to change it at first login.
Factory reset
With the device on, insert a thin pin into the RESET hole and hold until it reboots to reload the factory-default configuration, then log in with the label password.
