The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).
AVM's compact dual-band repeater — the smallest/entry tier of the three AVM mesh extenders added this run. Per AVM's knowledge base: a FRITZ!Repeater's interface "is either protected with a unique password in the factory settings or you must assign your own password the first time you open the user interface," and that factory password, where printed, "consists of one word with 4 to 6 lower-case letters, followed by 4 numerals."

Browse to http://fritz.repeater (no internet connection needed for this to load). A login prompt may appear: look at the underside type label of the 600 for a short factory password — one word, lowercase letters plus 4 digits. Nothing printed there, or the password rejected? Set your own on this first visit, or sign in instead with your Mesh Master's existing password. Wiping it back to day-one state is done from System > Backup > Factory settings in the UI, or via the reset button on the case.
