Buffalo's AirStation web interface uses the series-wide factory default admin / password at 192.168.11.1 (documented in Buffalo's official AirStation manuals); the initial login is also printed on the AirStation setup card in the base. Change it after first login.
Factory reset
Hold the Reset button until the diagnostic LED flashes and the AirStation restores factory defaults. In router mode browse to http://192.168.11.1 (bridge/AP mode: http://192.168.11.100), enter username 'admin' and password 'password' at the login prompt, click Log In, and step through the setup wizard.
