For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

The official D-Link DIR-655 manual and Quick Install Guide state the default username is admin and the default password is blank (leave the field empty). No admin/admin exists for this model.
Factory reset
Open a browser to http://192.168.0.1, choose Admin from the user drop-down, leave the password field blank, and click Log In. To reset, press and hold the Reset button on the back for about 10 seconds until the router reboots; the password reverts to blank.
