This model has no web admin login. Manage it from the manufacturer's mobile app.

Multi-gigabit firewall/router security gateway (Gold Original/Rev B/Plus: 4x 1G routable ports; Gold SE adds 2.5G; Gold Pro adds 10G/2.5G). Managed entirely from the Firewalla iOS/Android app — there is NO web-admin username/password on the box. Setup: install the app, tap +, and pair using the bundled red security dongle. The optional web interface (my.firewalla.com) authenticates through the paired app, not device credentials.

Factory reset

Setup/pairing and factory reset are driven from the Firewalla app; the hardware reset varies by model (Gold Pro has a dedicated Reset button, others reset via SD-card reflash) — see Firewalla's 'How to reset Firewalla box' article.
