This model has no web admin login. Manage it from the manufacturer's mobile app.
No universal admin/password — a UI.com cloud account is created/used during UniFi OS setup (or set up via the UniFi app). Default gateway 192.168.1.1.
Factory reset
Hold the RESET button ~10 seconds until the LED changes to restore factory defaults.
