This model has no web admin login. Manage it from the manufacturer's mobile app.

App-only — no admin/admin default. The admin password is one you set during setup in the AmpliFi app. There is no password recovery, so a lost password means a factory reset.

Factory reset

AmpliFi Alien is administered through the AmpliFi mobile app. To factory reset: use a paperclip to hold the reset button on the bottom of the Alien router for 5 seconds, or until the screen shows 'rebooting', then release (reset MeshPoints first if part of a kit). Set it up again in the AmpliFi app, where you create a new administrator/Wi-Fi password.
