You create this password the first time you set up the router. If you never changed it, factory-reset and set a new one.

Official Honor support article (applicable models explicitly listed as 荣耀路由4 Pro/3 SE/4/X3 Pro): "路由器的 Web 配置界面的登录密码默认未加密，连接路由器 Wi-Fi 即可自动连接成功" (the router's web configuration login password is unset by default; connecting to the router's Wi-Fi reaches the interface without a password) — users set both a Wi-Fi and a login password in the first-time wizard.

Factory reset

Press and hold the physical reset button (or trigger factory reset via the Honor Smart Space app) until the indicator light changes; the router reboots to an open, unsecured default Wi-Fi network requiring the setup wizard to be completed again at 192.168.3.1.
