You create this password the first time you set up the router. If you never changed it, factory-reset and set a new one.
Current v5 firmware requires creating a login password. Legacy hardware revisions (C7 v1–v4) historically shipped admin/admin, but that isn't stated on a single current official page.
Factory reset
Log in at http://tplinkwifi.net; on current (v5) firmware you create a login password on first login. To reset, hold Reset until the Power LED blinks, then create a new password.
