Genuine documented factory default is admin / motorola (lowercase). The default is also printed on the bottom label. It is a modem, so this page shows connection status and settings, not Wi-Fi.
Factory reset
The MB8611 is a DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem (no Wi-Fi). Open a browser to http://192.168.100.1 and log in with username 'admin' and password 'motorola' (all lowercase), then change the password. If you've forgotten a changed password, factory reset by inserting a paperclip into the recessed Reset hole on the back and holding about 10 seconds until the modem reboots, which restores admin/motorola.
