This model has no web admin login. Manage it from the manufacturer's mobile app.

There is no standalone web-admin login or default admin/password. Altice One gateways are cloud/account-managed — all settings live behind your Optimum ID at optimum.net/router or in the Optimum app.

Factory reset

The Altice One / Optimum gateway is managed through your Optimum account, not a local admin password. Go to optimum.net/router (or the Optimum Support & WiFi app) and sign in with your Optimum ID and password to view devices and change the WiFi name/password and guest network. To factory reset the hardware, press and hold the recessed Reset button on the unit ~10 seconds until it reboots, then reconfigure through your Optimum account.
