This model has no web admin login. Manage it from the manufacturer's mobile app.
US 5G fixed-wireless home gateway. Primary setup and management is through the T-Life app with your T-Mobile ID — there is no universal admin password. A web GUI also exists at http://192.168.12.1 (username admin); its default admin password is the unique value on the device label (on Arcadyan/Nokia units, revealed via the on-screen 'Where is my password?' link).
Factory reset
Hold the reset button on the gateway for ~10 seconds until it restarts. Primary management is re-run through the T-Life app; the web-GUI admin password reverts to the unique value printed on the device label.
