You create this password the first time you set up the router. If you never changed it, factory-reset and set a new one.

Cox provisions and manages Panoramic gateways primarily through the Panoramic Wifi app and your Cox account, not a shared web password. Local admin is 'admin' with a password on the label or one you set; there is no reliable universal admin/password on current firmware.

Factory reset

Cox recommends managing the gateway through the Panoramic Wifi app (or online at cox.com after signing in with your Cox User ID). For local access, browse to http://192.168.0.1 and sign in with username 'admin'. If you have never changed it, try the password printed on the gateway label. To factory reset, press and hold the recessed Reset button (behind the gateway, above the phone ports) for a full 60 seconds — a shorter press only triggers WPS — then reconfigure via the app.
