Devolo Magic 2 WiFi 6 next default password & login IP

The Devolo Magic 2 WiFi 6 next has no default password — you set one the first time you configure it at its admin page.

You create this password the first time you set up the router. If you never changed it, factory-reset and set a new one.

Official manual: "If the web interface is password protected (see type plate), it is recommended to set an individual password when logging in for the first time... The default WiFi key for the initial installation of the Magic 2 WiFi 6 next is the device's WiFi key. You will find the unique key on the label on the back of the housing."

Factory reset

Press and hold the PLC/reset button (next to the network jacks) for about 10 seconds until the LED flashes red at 0.5-second intervals — this restores factory defaults and the Wi-Fi key reverts to the unique key printed on the housing label.
