EnGenius Standalone AP (EWS/ECW series)

EnGenius documents a static default of admin / admin at 192.168.1.1 for standalone-mode devices and the local access page of cloud APs. Cloud-managed (EnGenius Cloud app) is the primary path for ECW models; the local admin/admin login is for direct setup.
Factory reset
For a standalone EnGenius access point, connect a computer to the AP and browse to http://192.168.1.1 (or http://EnGenius.local). If the AP can't find a DHCP server it falls back to 192.168.1.1. Log in with username 'admin' and password 'admin', then change the password. To factory reset, hold the AP's Reset button for about 10 seconds until it reboots, restoring admin/admin.
