Etisalat's official configuration manual documents http://192.168.2.1 with admin / admin for this e-Life router. This applies to the legacy Aztech HW550-3G; current e& fibre service ships different ONTs whose admin password is typically printed on the device label rather than a universal admin/admin.

Factory reset

Connect to the router by LAN or Wi-Fi, open http://192.168.2.1 in a browser, and sign in with username admin and password admin (Etisalat's documented default for this unit). Complete Internet setup with the PPPoE credentials from your e-Life card. To factory reset, hold the recessed RESET button for about 10 seconds until the unit reboots, then log back in at 192.168.2.1 and set a new admin password under System > Password.
