For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

You create this password the first time you set up the router. If you never changed it, factory-reset and set a new one.
No default password. On first access to mwlogin.net the router forces you to create an admin password - there is no admin/admin. (Some older Mercusys models accepted admin/admin, but current firmware does not.)
Factory reset
Reset: with the router powered on, use a pin to press and hold the RESET button on the rear panel for about 10 seconds until it reboots, then release. Browse to http://mwlogin.net (click Advanced to accept the self-signed-certificate warning) and create a new admin password.
