Mid-tier rack appliance in the 4100/6100/8200 family: a quad-core Atom CPU, two 10-Gigabit SFP+ uplinks, a pair of combo 1GbE ports and four 2.5GbE ports feed 8GB of RAM running pfSense Plus. Netgate's own initial-configuration docs confirm the shared factory login admin/pfsense; pfSense Plus 24.03 onward requires replacing that password before continuing.
Factory reset
Boot to the serial console and pick 'Reset to factory defaults', or from the pfSense GUI go to Diagnostics > Factory Defaults — either path drops the LAN interface back to 192.168.1.1 for the admin/pfsense login.
