Netgate SG-1100 (Netgate 1100)
Default access and factory-reset steps, cited to the manufacturer.
For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

Entry-level pfSense Plus security-gateway/firewall (Marvell ARM, 3x Gigabit Ethernet, fanless). Genuine static default admin/pfsense; a password change is forced at first login on pfSense Plus 24.03 and later.
Factory reset
On the SG-1100 the recessed reset button is a HARD reset (it powers the unit off immediately) and is NOT a factory-default reset — Netgate warns it can corrupt data. Restore defaults via the console menu or the GUI at Diagnostics > Factory Defaults instead. Then browse to https://192.168.1.1 and sign in.
