VDSL/FTTC broadband hub issued by NOW (Sky's value brand, a Sky SR-series hub). Rare among ISP gear in having a genuinely STATIC published default — NOW's own help page states the login is admin / nowtv (lower case) at 192.168.0.1, not a per-unit label password. Users are told to change it immediately.
Factory reset
Browse to http://192.168.0.1 and sign in with admin / nowtv (lower case), then open the Maintenance tab and choose Set Password. To factory reset, hold the recessed reset pinhole on the rear for about 10 seconds until the hub reboots.
