You create this password the first time you set up the router. If you never changed it, factory-reset and set a new one.

There is no factory admin password. Synology Router Manager (SRM) makes you create the administrator account during first-time setup, so the login is whatever you chose. Synology also recommends deactivating the default 'admin' username and using a custom one.

Factory reset

Connect a computer by Ethernet, or join WiFi SSID Synology_(Serial) with password 'synology'. Open a browser and go to http://router.synology.com (or http://192.168.1.1:8000). The SRM setup wizard prompts you to create your own administrator account (username + password) on first run. To factory reset, press and hold the RESET button ~4 seconds for a soft reset (network/password) or ~10 seconds for a full factory reset until the router beeps/reboots.
