Default access and factory-reset steps, cited to the manufacturer.
For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

Australian NBN/hybrid gateway (Technicolor/Netgear-built). Unlike the Gen 3, the Gen 2/1.1 uses a fixed documented admin login — username admin, password Telstra — reached at http://mymodem or http://192.168.0.1. Telstra advises changing it after setup.
Factory reset
Hold the reset button on the back of the modem for about 10 seconds until it restarts; login returns to username admin / password Telstra.
