Telstra Telstra Smart Modem Gen 3
Default access and factory-reset steps, cited to the manufacturer.
For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).
Australian NBN gateway (Frontier/Arcadyan-built). Reached at http://mymodem or http://192.168.0.1 with username admin — but unlike the Gen 2 there is no fixed password: the admin password is the unique Wi-Fi password printed on the sticker on the bottom of the modem.
Factory reset
Hold the reset button on the back of the modem for about 10 seconds until it restarts; the admin password reverts to the Wi-Fi password printed on the base label.
