This model has no web admin login. Manage it from the manufacturer's mobile app.
Tenda Nova mesh is set up through the Tenda WiFi app, not admin/admin. There is no universal web password; the app account and the label Wi-Fi password control access.
Factory reset
Reset a node: press and hold its RESET button for about 8 seconds until the LED turns solid red, then release and wait for it to reboot to factory state. Re-add the node in the Tenda WiFi app to reconfigure the mesh.
