Default access and factory-reset steps, cited to the manufacturer.
For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

Totolink's official support documents a genuine universal default for this N-series: username admin and password admin at 192.168.1.1. Because it is public, change both immediately after logging in.
Factory reset
Reset: with the router powered on, press and hold the RESET button for about 10 seconds until the LEDs blink, then release and wait for reboot. Browse to http://192.168.1.1, log in with admin / admin, then open Advanced Setup > System > Admin Setup to set new credentials.
