You create this password the first time you set up the router. If you never changed it, factory-reset and set a new one.

Dual-band Wi-Fi 7 whole-home mesh system (BE5000 class), app-first setup with optional web management via a TP-Link ID cloud account (not a fixed local username/password pair). Official TP-Link Support FAQ: "Once your Deco network is set up through the Deco app, you can also manage your settings through a web browser... The Deco web management page uses your TP-Link ID for authentication. Enter the password for the owner account — this is the TP-Link ID you used when you first set up the Deco network in the app."

Factory reset

Deco can only be initially set up via the Deco app; to factory reset, hold the physical reset button on the unit until the LED cycles, or use Deco app > device settings > Remove/Reset.
