The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

Askey-made 5G/LTE fixed-wireless home gateway for Verizon 5G Home Internet (LV55/LVSKIHP variants) — a fixed-wireless unit distinct from the Fios fibre routers G3100/CR1000A already covered. Password-only Web GUI login (no username), activated via the My Verizon app. Verizon: "You can find the default password on the label under the 5G Internet Gateway."

Factory reset

Reset to factory defaults from the admin Web GUI, or use the security questions set during setup to revert the admin password. If forgotten, the label password under the unit is the factory default; default LAN IP is 192.168.0.1.
