Verizon Fios Router G3100

Default access and factory-reset steps, cited to the manufacturer.

For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

The G3100 uses username 'admin' plus a per-device Administrator Password printed on the rear label — there is no shared default password. The admin password on the label is separate from the WiFi password (also on the label).

Factory reset

Browse to http://myfiosgateway.com or http://192.168.1.1. Sign in with username 'admin' and the unique Administrator Password printed on the label on the back of the G3100. To factory reset, press and hold the recessed Reset button on the back ~15 seconds until the router restarts, then log in with the label's admin password.
