You create this password the first time you set up the router. If you never changed it, factory-reset and set a new one.
No universal password — the management password is set by you on first setup via router.miwifi.com or the Mi Home / Mi WiFi app.
Factory reset
With the router on, hold the Reset button on the bottom until the indicator light changes/blinks (~5–10 seconds) to restore factory settings.
