— on the device label —

The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

Applies to Axon C4000BG/LG/XG and Zyxel C4000BZ/LZ. Brightspeed provisions a unique admin username and password on each modem's sticker — there is no shared default, and the preset values cannot be retrieved if the sticker is lost.

Factory reset

Browse to http://192.168.0.1 to open the modem GUI. Log in with the Admin Username and Admin Password on the sticker attached to the side/back/bottom of the modem (unique per device; different from the WiFi network name/key). To factory reset, press and hold the recessed Reset button ~10-15 seconds until it reboots, then sign in with the label's default Admin credentials.
