EE Smart Hub

Default access and factory-reset steps, cited to the manufacturer.

For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

There is no admin/admin default. Each EE Smart Hub has a unique admin password printed on the card on the back of the hub, separate from the WiFi password.

Factory reset

To log in: connect to the hub, browse to 192.168.1.254 and enter the admin password printed on the card on the back of the hub (this is different from the WiFi password, which is on the same card). To factory reset: with the hub on, press and hold the recessed Reset button on the back for about 20 seconds until it restarts; the network name, WiFi password and admin password revert to the values on the back card.
