MikroTik hAP ax3
Default access and factory-reset steps, cited to the manufacturer.
For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).
Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) home router on RouterOS v7 with gigabit Ethernet ports. Username is admin; the unique default password is retrieved from a pull-out card holder near the product information on the housing (no static default). Some units ship blank and prompt a password on first login. Access WebFig/WinBox at 192.168.88.1.
Factory reset
Hold the Reset button during power-up until the LED starts flashing (~5s), then release to reset the configuration.
