The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

Factory reset
Hold the recessed RESET button while powering the unit on; release once the LED begins blinking to restore RouterOS factory defaults. If IP access is unavailable, connect via WinBox using the device's MAC address on the LAN side.
