The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

Factory reset
Hold the RESET button on the underside while powering the unit on, releasing once the LED starts blinking to restore factory defaults. Connect via WinBox to the device's MAC address from the LAN side if IP access fails.
