The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

Factory reset
Power on the unit with RESET held down, letting go the moment the LED begins to blink to reset RouterOS to defaults. If IP access is unavailable, connect via WinBox using the device's MAC address on the LAN side.
