The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

Starry's own support site states: "Log in using the Administrator Username and Password printed on the side of your router," adding: "The first time you log in, you will be prompted to create a new Administrative password... or select 'Skip' to keep it as the default."
Factory reset
Factory reset: press and hold the Reset button on the back of the Dash for 10 seconds until the power LED blinks; it reboots within about 3 minutes and reverts to the default WiFi name/password on the label. To log in: connect to the Dash's WiFi, browse to 192.168.99.1, and enter the Administrator Username and Password printed on the label on the side of the router. First login prompts you to create a new administrative password (you can select 'Skip' to keep the default).
