The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).
A newer-generation sibling of this run's Starry Dash, on a different default gateway IP. Starry Support states: "Open any browser and type 192.168.1.1 into the URL bar and hit enter. NOTE: This default IP address will be printed on the sticker on the right side of the Dash. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to create a new Administrative password."
Factory reset
Connect to the Dash+'s WiFi, open a browser, go to 192.168.1.1, and log in with the Administrator Username and Password printed on the sticker on the right side of the device. First login prompts creation of a new administrative password; to change it afterward use the menu icon (top right) > Maintenance > User Account > edit pencil icon.
