TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub

Default access and factory-reset steps, cited to the manufacturer.

For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

Login details are on the sticker under the removable settings card on the back of the hub. TalkTalk's own guidance notes that only older/generic units fall back to admin/admin — current Wi-Fi Hubs use the printed unique credentials.

Factory reset

To log in: connect to the hub, browse to 192.168.1.1 and enter the username and password from the sticker underneath the removable settings card on the back of the Wi-Fi Hub. To factory reset: with the hub on, press and hold the recessed Reset button on the back for about 15 seconds until it restarts; credentials revert to the values on the back-of-hub sticker.
