CIG G-97RG6M is a GPON ONT/WiFi gateway issued by FPT Telecom (Vietnam) to fiber subscribers — distinct vendor from the AC1000F/Hub N300M FPT modems. FPT's official installation guide: "Bước 1: Truy cập trang web 192.168.1.1 với username là admin, password xem ở mặt sau modem mục 'web password'" ("Step 1: Go to 192.168.1.1, username is admin, password — see the 'web password' field on the back of the modem"). Username is fixed at admin; the password is unique per unit and printed on the device label.

Factory reset

No reset procedure is given beyond the initial login step in FPT's guide; if the on-label 'web password' field is illegible, contact the FPT Telecom hotline rather than blind-resetting, since a hardware reset also drops the line's PPPoE/GPON provisioning.
