The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

HKBN's standard-issue 5G home broadband CPE (SIM-based, Hong Kong; DBG Communications OEM hardware) — no separate username field, only a per-device password taken from the physical nameplate, distinct from HKBN's third-party-branded rental routers (TP-Link/ASUS/Linksys, plain admin/admin, out of scope as not genuinely ISP-branded). HKBN official configuration guide: "Use browser to access 192.168.8.1. (The default login password can be found on the nameplate on the bottom of the router.)"

Factory reset

With the router powered on, use a needle-type object to press and hold the Reset button until the ambient light strip flashes, then release to restore factory settings.
