Default access and factory-reset steps, cited to the manufacturer.
For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

This older Nighthawk AC1900 predates forced-setup firmware, so admin / password is the real documented default. It's the same on every unit — change it immediately.
Factory reset
Open http://routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1 and log in with user name admin and password password (both case-sensitive). If the password was changed and forgotten, power the router on and hold the Restore Factory Settings button on the back for about 7 seconds until the Power LED blinks, then use admin/password after it restarts.
