This is an older NETGEAR model, so the documented factory default is admin / password (very old NETGEAR units used 1234). NETGEAR's official KB confirms these defaults; note that NETGEAR's newer routers instead force you to create a password on first setup.
Factory reset
Open a browser to http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1 and log in with admin / password. If that fails, factory reset: with the router powered on, press and hold the Restore Factory Settings button on the back for about 7 seconds until the power LED blinks, then release; the credentials revert to admin / password.
