The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

Australian Optus-supplied home internet gateway (Ultra WiFi Gen 2 on cable/NBN; the Nokia FastMile 5G Gateway variant on 5G FWA). Admin is reached at 192.168.0.1. Optus uses no universal default — enter the password printed on the sticker on the base of the modem into the password field (the Ultra WiFi has no separate username).

Factory reset

Hold the recessed reset button on the rear/underside for a few seconds until the modem restarts; login reverts to the password printed on the base label. Note your OptusNet username/password first, as a reset wipes custom settings.
