The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

Poland's second ISP row, distinct from Orange Polska — Play issues several different OEM cable/fiber/5G CPE models under one brand rather than a single hardware SKU (LTE/5G units default to gatewayIp 192.168.8.1 instead). Play's own official support article states for the current Connect Box and Play BOX NET lines the password "Jest na naklejce na spodzie modemu" / "Jest na naklejce z tyłu routera" ("is on the label on the bottom of the modem" / "on the label on the back of the router") — i.e. unique per device, not a shared default (legacy Cisco EPC models are the sole exception, instructed to leave both fields blank).

Factory reset

Press and hold the pinhole reset button for approximately 10-15 seconds until the device restarts to factory defaults.
