Default access and factory-reset steps, cited to the manufacturer.

For regaining access to a router you own or administer. If you didn't set it up, ask whoever did.

The password is unique to your unit and printed on a sticker on the router (often labelled Password or Access Key).

Username is 'admin', but the password is the unique WiFi password printed on the base of the hub — not a fixed default. Older Sky Hub / Sky Q Hub models historically used admin/sky; the current Sky Broadband Hub uses the label WiFi password instead.

Factory reset

To log in: connect to your Sky network, browse to 192.168.0.1, use username 'admin' and enter your WiFi password (the one printed on the base of the hub) when prompted. To factory reset: press and hold the recessed Reset/WPS pinhole on the back for around 30 seconds until the hub restarts; network name and password revert to the values on the base sticker.
